"Lucas has been working closely with [our PM] to finalize the UX/UI designs for [a new] feature. He had a steep learning curve since it was his first time design something for [our platform], learning both the business and the design library in parallel. Lucas doubled down and generated a very comprehensible UX specification with flows and prototypes, handing it over to the engineers just in time before they start the implementation. The flows and prototype helped the engineering team understand what they actually had to implement. More importantly, the work he did allowed the team (engineering & PM) to ask for some clarification BEFORE they started to do any work. The impact is huge: the team will be better equipped to estimate the work required and hopefully will reduce the amount of rework required when reviewing the actual implementation."
